1940-50's Barclay silvertone necklace with mixed cut sapphire crystal rhinestones and blue chaton rhinestone earrings, I believe the earrings are a marriage as not signed, but are a very good match.
founded by Alvin and Robin Rice and Louis Mark in Providence, RI, 1946-1957. this piece is likely to be late 1940's and certainly pre 1953 when the mark changed. Pieces were unmarked in their last few years of business
