1960's Panetta real Topaz, sterling silver gold plated ring with rhinestone accents. One of Panetta's famous signature pieces and much sought after. Semi precious with the look of real.
Benadetto Panetta emigrated from Italy to New York in 1901. He was one of Trifari's famous designers in the 1920-30's and then worked for Penino. Founded his own company in 1945 which was in business until the late 1980's. He died in 1960.
