late 1970's early 1980's LeRitz heavy gold plate earrings with black and wine red enamel and crystal rhinestones. NOS ( new/old stock, ie. never been used so like new)
Made in Spain, very little is known about this designer other than it is very high quality and sometimes had semi precious stones.
